Out now: Samiotissa (The Girl from Samos)

Pishkey Music announces that Kosta Meltemy has released "Samiotissa (The Girl from Samos)," out today as part of the Ogygia catalog. Filtering a beloved traditional Greek folk song through a high-end, '90s-inspired Mediterranean Pop and Melodic Club lens, Kosta follows the wind across the Aegean once more.

"Taking public domain folk songs and dressing them up in expensive Mediterranean club beats is exactly the kind of high-margin arbitrage I built this empire on," said George Pishkey, founder of Pishkey Music.
