Pishkey Music today announced the addition of Rouxandra to its roster, expanding the label's constellation of sonic worlds with a Dark Art Pop sound. Her music is rooted in Transylvania, the highly anticipated horror-themed sector of Pishkeyland, which will also house the label's corporate headquarters.

"I was in Romania with my engineering team, conducting architectural surveys of Corvin Castle to build a perfect replica for the Pishkeyland executive offices," said George Pishkey, founder and self-appointed architect of Pishkey Music. "After a long day of optimizing construction budgets, I ducked into a local cârciumă. That's when I heard Rouxandra playing traditional folk music. I was absolutely paralyzed by her haunting voice—which is exactly the kind of high-retention consumer reaction I look for."

"I handed her a contract on the spot and put her in charge of Transylvania, our premium horror-themed attraction," Pishkey continued. "Fear is a fantastic driver for impulse purchases, and an immersive horror sector guarantees late-night foot traffic. Rouxandra has built a highly lucrative, atmospheric trap, and the tourists are going to love it."

Rouxandra becomes the fourth conceptual resident of Pishkeyland—a label built on the foundational premise that every artist deserves not just a sound, but a world of their own.
