L'albatros is out now

Pishkey Music announces the release of "L'albatros," the latest Haitian Roots and Afro-Groove offering from Fay Dodo's Ayiti catalog. Drawing from Charles Baudelaire's 1861 poem from Les Fleurs du Mal, the track transforms the metaphor of the exiled Poet—majestic in flight but clumsy among ordinary men—into a rhythmic exploration of alienation.

"We found that the tragic irony of a majestic bird being mocked by sailors resonates deeply with our core demographic's workplace anxieties, making nineteenth-century French poetry a highly monetizable asset this quarter," said George Pishkey, founder of Pishkey Music.
